We had a good experience staying here. Yes the hotel is a bit tired but our room was clean, the spa facilities were great! There is a huge swimming pool, sauna and steam room which were clean & fabulous to use after a days skiing. The pool always had someone in attendance. It was never too busy. This hotel is definitely not a 4 star, it may have been in the past but this is not the case anymore. However we did not expect a 4star hotel either way especially for the price we gave. Room was clean breakfast and dinner was good and the pool was okay. Nothing to blow you out of your mind. The only bad thing was the mattress of the bed. Rare to be in such a bad hotel .... so dirty, so old, so uncomfortable and with such uncaring and rude staff ... you won't believe how miserable sleep on such old mattresses .. I stayed there 4 days with my family. Location was very good in the cener. Spa old with mo rinovation and cold. There were no towels for spa and when i asked they barely brought that to me and said the loundary didnt came that day. The staff not very friendly.I stayed there 4 days with my family.
