Far, far away from 4* hotel, more like 2*, very poor breakfast (set menu), mouldy bathrooms, dirty towels, lack of maintenance, very disappointing stay. We had a two-day family break there, at Christmas in a really spacious two-room apartment. We enjoyed the extra space and the view to the mountains. We paid for half board so we ate dinner as well as breakfast. The hotel was clean, the service was good but the food was always cold no matter the time. I went for the weekend for a surprise for my boyfriend, the staff is really kind, I asked if they can put a small card with happy name day and they did it which was very nice of them.
