Beautiful hotel, gorgeous spa
Beautiful hotel, a little further out from the Gondola but the shuttle bus service is spot on. It’s a short which is actually quite nice on the legs after a full day of skiing.. Staff are super friendly, Spa is beautiful - worth going for the Spa alone! Expected More for a New Year Holiday
We stayed at Saint Ivan Rilski in Bansko for New Year, and unfortunately the experience did not meet expectations, especially considering the high price for the holiday period.The hotel felt overpriced for what was offered. Both the pools and some of the common areas were cold, which made it hard to relax and enjoy the facilities, particularly during winter. The rooms are very spacious, and the spa facilities were excellent. We enjoyed the delicious food and the nice lounge area, perfectly situated next to the kids' playground. It was ideal for a couple of retreat days.
