    We stayed here for 4 nights in a studio with a balcony as a couple. We checked in quickly and easily and was shown to our studio, which was up quite a few steps so wouldn’t recommend if struggle with knees! But the studio was great very clean fresh bedding and towels equipt with a tv kettle toaster and fridge and a balcony! It was warm and also had air conditioning! We had booked breakfast and dinner which we thought there was a really good choice from continental to cooked bacon sausages scrambled eggs pancakes etc. The evening meals were also really good from different choices all in buffet style! Also a choice of wines! The staff were very accommodating! We booked the spa for a Turkish and full body massage which was incredible and had use of the pool and sauna and steam room! We had the pool to ourselves but I can imagine it gets quite busy after 4pm once people start returning from skiing! We are snowboarders and the hotel offers a shuttle service to the gondola in the mornings but not after 1pm! The walk to the gondola is about a good 10/15 min walk with your kit on! The resort itself was great many food places to eat from pizza to traditional Bulgarian meats and very lively in the evenings about 8pm! Many bars that offer apres but we only experienced it in the Louge bar by the gondola!

    Everything is perfect.The water in the pool is hot, and the sauna is perfect.The food is excellent, and you have included wine, juice, water, and coffee (which was a nice surprise).You have a shuttle bus to the gondola.The staff is great and helpful.For the price you pay, it is the best in Bansko.It would be great if the shuttle bus started at 8:00 instead of 8:30.The swimming pool needs less chlorine.Highly recommended!Car parking a lot and free.

    The apartments are 1 star, the management staff serve at the bar, stay away. They don't know how to do it. The hotels doesn't deserve the money you paid, you pay 4 star and receive 1 star.

    We stayed in one of their apartments. At first our room looked clean but when we opened the couch to sleep we saw something really disappointing (look at the photo ). Also most of the times the water was really cold even though the water heater was on . Lastly the WiFi wasn’t working sometimes .

    The experience was great at the hotel, service and food also great but the ski rent was not working but there is another ski rent at the hotel next to it
