Our stay started on a lovely note: our luggage was taken to our rooms while we enjoyed welcome drinks. The room was clean, although the shower was over a rather high-sided bathtub that required some climbing to get into. During our stay, the bed was made, but the sheets were not changed.Unfortunately, breakfast and the buffet were disappointing. Personal is unfriendly and most don’t even speak Bulgarian. Most of the questions and needs for help we had were unanswered or the experience fixing some of our problems was frustrating, slow, and ineffective. Awful experience, the bed sheets were stained, with hair everywhere. There were dead spiders in the room everywhere. A complete disappointment from our 5-day stay at Pirin Golf.
