Poor quality and unprofessional treatment
We were given an extremely poorly maintained room. The toilet smelled like a public restroom, and the tiles were dirty. The hot-water tap for the jacuzzi barely worked. The jacuzzi was also not clean enough to use.The exterior door barely closed, and if you did not knock it properly, it would remain unlocked. The sofa was hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Hotel is not 4* hotel, with old room,not working safety box, with terrace than can’t be closed properly. This hotel is one big NO! For people wanting a decent holiday.-elevator not reliable at all. Max is 600kg. 3 of us wanted to use the elevator together with our luggages and it started bipping. I’m sorry but we are not that heavy. We all ended up using stairs at all times -“Sport and wellness” - there’s no sport bit in this hotel as the gym is terrible, all dirty, but most importantly - all broken-… This hotel is one big NO!
