I made booking try phone and even there wasn't specified that I wanted to stay 3 days On second day they keep calling me on the phone. The receptionist (younger one) so rude approach if she is able she will kick you at any time now willing to assist. Th food on HB tasty dpa I good. This was an Amazing Holiday in Bansko especially in this Hotel. It was an Excellent stay. Great Staff in which I also have to mention: Georgi, Mitko, Toni. They were really nice and Professional.
