    Boom boom boom - music while you sleep

    Loud music on rooftop club from Friday 11pm-5am Saturday. Boom boom boom. I called front desk to complain and they offered to move me from my room but I just wanted sleep. I was on 14th floor but friends could hear music all the way down to 11th floor. I got no sleep, and the hotel staff did not offer any consideration when I told them I was really upset at checkout. The hotel would have been fine without the awful music. Beware.     Quality hotel, is very nice.- the staff is very cooperative- the covid protocol was followed all times.- room cleanliness is through and rooms are clean.- restaurant food was well cooked and the menu has sufficient items for selection.This review is a long term as I was qurantined here for 18 days.     Quality hotel is one of the best hotel I have experienced here in Brazil, which is very near to the Vitoria Airport so communication wise very good in location,Rooms are neat nd clean,Good Food Quality, hotel's staffs are very cooperative and more over the Hotel manager Mr.Jeorge is a very humble and sensible person who always take care of all guest and handle any difficulies with his fine management.     It was an excellent stay. On my first visit to the city of Vitoria, I looked for a hotel that offered a clean bed, hot shower and proximity to the airport, since we would arrive during the night. This hotel fulfills exactly that profile, adding to the complete breakfast, kindness of the staff and easy access.
