Can someone please explain to Wyndham what customer service means
Yes the room was fine. Yes the location was good. Yes the price was reasonable.So why the 1* rating?We paid £55/night stay & we had an organised trip the next day before our night flight home to London at 11pmSo we asked how much to extend the room stay as we wanted to shower & change before our flight - £60 for 5 hours was the reply!I pointed out that I'd paid £55 for the entire stay but… Yes the room was fine. Booked this hotel online. I asked for a late check out for 15:00 or 16:00 after I booked. To my surprise I got an email saying no problem checking out at 16:00. The checking in process was a breeze. Wyndham Berrini is positioned in a good area of São Paulo. It is close to some of the best malls in town (Morumbi Shopping, Vila Olímpia, JK Iguatemi) and just 100 yards from a furniture mall that has good eating options in its food court if you want to go with a quick and no so expensive meal (D & D Mall).
