Very disappointing. Despite paying for room and an upgrade at check in, when we got to the room it was so below standard that we didnt even stay. The carpet had stains, the room looked uncomfortable, dated and smelly. The sauna was unusable and smelly, the pool area has seen better days. The reception staff useless could not address my complaints and asked me to send an email to which I havent rec… Very disappointing.
