  I stayed 3 nights in room 301.Lobby, room size and internet speed are okay, also they gave me late check out, which was fine as well. Water pressure in the shower also good.BUT:Carpet in the hotel floor smelly and in bad conditions. Same smell as the curtains in my room.Toilet did not work, asked reception, still waiting to get it fixed after 4 hours, see picture. Luckily avoided a major flood, but cannot use it until it is fixed.Bathrooms are really outdated and need an urgent refresh.Safe did not work despite me following the instructions, so had to carry all my valuables with me.Left medicine (injection) in the fridge for cooling, they took it and I will most probably never see again, USD 50 gone, thanks.If you want to hear the bathroom and phone conversations of your neighbor, then you will be happy, I was not.The air conditioning starts to make some noise when you enter the room first thing but stops after a while, not a great first impression.Booked a Kingsbed, got two single beds, each 90cm wide.The fridge starts making noises and then stops again, makes it difficult to sleep.I travel a lot for business and often stay in Radissons, this was not near any of the ones I stayed before. I will suggest my colleagues to avoid this, despite it is close to my office. Better a longer walk then.   Rodrigo at check in is super helpful and so are the other staff. Leonardo in the breakfast and the rest are angels. Couple of areas of concern. The bathroom is really cramped and makes us think twice to book here. this is my fourth stay over a fortnight in the last eighteen months. As a regular, I hope the next time, I am provided a better room. The kitchen quality can also improve.   Comfy & quiet rooms, excellent breakfast buffet

  We stayed here twice last month, at the start and at the end of a trip for a couple days. We selected this place due to its central location near many restaurants we wanted to try. It was very quiet, super comfortable, with lots of attention to small details. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with tons of choices and lots of fresh food. Reliable and speedy wifi. We would not hesitate to stay here again, and found the pricing reasonable.   A large hotel building, in a good location close to tourist attractions.My room was dated, with a strange design, devoid of furniture, a bathroom in the middle of the room, dirty aluminum glass windows, Honestly, I didn't like it, or at least it wasn't what I expected from a Radisson Blu chain.The breakfast was good.The spa and gym were excellent.Staff are very friendly and helpful.   Avoid - noise level from road is next level!

  Road noise is horrendous - services is below par - avoidAvoid this place at all cost.The cleanliness it lowThe road noise is absolutely horrendous. The windows are not double glazed, you can hear all the street and road noise… the motorbikes are the sheer worst.Lift 2 stretches and whistles as it goes up and down… avoid room by the lift and also on the road.Front of house staff look like then need a good wash and polish… maybe the hickies on the neck to the cake..Avoid - especially if you are here for business… it’s run down.
