Stayed here for 9 days for a family visit. We booked the business suite which I’m glad we did given the duration. The business suite is the biggest room in the hotel and is well laid out and offers commanding views across the valley. I would not recommend this room for any more than 2 people. The house keeping was reliable, cleaning the room daily (although one day they missed our room and we had to call the front desk to request they come do it at 3pm, which they do with little fuss). There is no pool at this hotel, which is unfortunate, however there is a VERY modest gym on the first floor. The big drawcard for this hotel is its proximity to ParkShopping São Caetano, with all of its bars, cinemas, shops and restaurants.

It was amanzing from the start till the end. The breakfast was always variated and fresh, the room was very big and clean and the employees from there were always ready to satisfy our needs. To hot to stay !!

AC at lobby and restaurant was NOT working during our stay. Once repaired was NOT turned on, beside our numerous claims. Was just TOOOO hot to stay at lobby and restaurant....not able to enjoy breakfast.
