This hotel has the best customer service across the board that I’ve ever experienced in a hotel anywhere. We encountered an issue where the system hadn’t registered our change in booking, and, Dani, at the front desk instantly upgraded us to accommodate our reservation. The Pullman was so amazing, I would 100% stay here again. All of the staff were so friendly especially Dany and Al Petar. Every morning we were greeted with warm smiles and welcome. My phone was stolen and Dany took me to the police station to report it, she was so helpful and I am so grateful for all her help and kindness. The food at the restaurant was also delicious. I had an amazing time at Pullman SP. All the hotel was decorated with the theme of Tennis (before Roland Garros tournament) and it haves very festive and happy vibes. Location is great and sage with few restaurants around.
