An average hotel with high prices for what it is. Trades on its location rather than the quality of its service or its offer. Above average hotel located in the heart of São Paulo. Great location, lots to do within walking distance. Room needs a little more care to get the five star. Booked a suite at this hotel in São Paulo. Did expect a little bit more from it for the Money spent. Bed was very hard, Pillows, I had to request another one as they were super soft. expected more amenities in the room. Would have been nice to have at least a few drinks from the mini bar for free when you do have a suite booked which is their top room. Breakfast was great! It’s a buffet with lots of options. There’s fresh fruit, pastries, hot food, omelet station and several espresso drinks. Gavanna was so helpful describing the local foods and making sure we had everything we needed.
