  Worst Hotel Ever

  This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed at. After 48 hours, I'm still begging the staff to send me my invoice via email. The hotel is very old, the rooms are terrible, poorly maintained, and the front desk is just incredibly incompetent. The only decent thing is the breakfast buffet, but overall, I highly recommend you stay away from this terrible hotel.   Outstanding staff that always make every visit like coming back to your second home.

  I stay only at this hotel, why? Because it has the most delightful staff; they always go the extra mile for you. From Reception to the breakfast room staff and room service. They are all utterly charming people. It’s a good hotel, yes but it’s the staff that make this hotel so outstanding. I am an ex airline captain and I have travelled the world. The staff at this Meliá hotel are in the top 1% of all the hotels I have stayed in worldwide. It’s always an absolute pleasure to stay at this Meliá.
