This hotel provided us a terrific experience. The staff from top to bottom were warm, accommodating and made the stay enjoyable. It was as if they could not go far enough to please us. Check in was professional and smooth and we were assigned an upgraded room upon our early arrival. We had set up a tour through Viator so being in a room was a great help. The Lounge area was nice and the young gentleman there earlier was professional. Came back from tour went to our room. Came down to eat and Chelo was very friendly and helpful with us getting our meals. ??The hospitality here is fantastic-everyone is incredibly friendly, and the hotel itself is beautiful. I arrived early in the morning for a business trip and was upgraded to a suite, complete with a lovely card and sweets in my room. I especially enjoyed the lounge; Alejandro is one of the kindest and most generous people l've ever met.
