We liked the hotel. It was very comfortable, Kind and helpful team. Room incl bed and shower very clean and top quality. The hotel was highly recommended by a friend. The location is convenient, my high floor renovated room was comfortable and had a nice view, staff is friendly. Unfortunately dinner at the restaurant was terrible, although breakfast was fine. I booked this hotel for a business trip after reading plenty of glowing reviews and a #6 traveller ranking in Sao Paulo. What I found was not worthy of the high praise this property receives online -- it is average at best and certainly not a four-star hotel (I took the time to check the Brazilian Ministry of Tourism's requirements for 4* and I believe that using that framework, this is a 3+ star… I booked this hotel for a business trip after reading plenty of glowing reviews and a #6 traveller ranking in Sao Paulo.
