    Absolutely Fabulous with Top-Notch Staff

    This hotel surpassed my expectations. My teenage daughter and I were here for Lollapalooza, and I'm so glad we picked this hotel. Very wide variety of food at breakfast and expansive hours. Staff was impeccable, including getting a maintenance person to my room to fix a minor electrical issue within 5 minutes at midnight! Location is kind of isolated, but easy enough to Uber where we wanted to go. Would definitely stay here again.     Over the past four days, the Morumbi team has been outstanding.     I have spent 9 days in Hotel Hilton Sao Paulo Morumbi and loved it. The room is very comfortable, great working station and very nice views. The gym at the 27th floor, has great views of the city! I hope the swimming pool will be open next time I come back. Nathalia and Juan, at reception, were incredibly helpful and super friendly.     During check in nobody mentioned the HH Gold Member benefits, they could not find my reservation and finally gave me a room that was starting to be cleaned when I got there.Positive remark goes to Natan who received our car and helped with the luggage.
