This hotel is total scam! We booked two nights for our upcoming trip to Brazil in spring. No prepayment has been needed. The hotel charged our credit card 3 times more than the booking amount without any explanations! We tried to contact them to get some explanation but they did not care at all and ignored our messages. good service, nice breakfast, helpful staff, super close to subway, one station away from a major shopping mall, nice neighborhood, excellent restaurants nearby. Room is showing some aging ( bathroom Fawcett for example). New ongoing construction in the neighborhood. Stayed here for business trip and found it to be pleasant. The staff is friendly, the hotel restaurant is decent (had both breakfast and dinner here), and it is very well located next to the Moema metro stop and near Ibirapuera Park.The room itself was comfortable and there is a pool on the top floor. Westward facing rooms provide great views of the sunset. The room furniture is decent - think IKE… Stayed here for business trip and found it to be pleasant.
