  This hotel is amazing and certainly is worthy of every cent and every minute you spend there. The staff is extremely friendly and oriented to details to please the guests. From reception (where Fernanda and Vanessa were amazing) through the Restaurant (where Sidneia, Luciano, and Adriano were great), in all interactions with the staff, you feel genuinely welcome and taken care of. The food is really good, especially for dinner and breakfast. The facilities themselves are fabulous. Not only because they are in good shape and extremely comfortable, but also because they have several options of activities and different atmospheres that truly recharge your energy. The room, to make it short, it´s a 5-star. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful green areas everywhere you are and is the type of place where you will create great memories and will recommend to everyone. Simply unforgettable.   An incredible hospitality experience

  My girlfriend and I stayed at the Almenat Embu das Artes looking for a period away from the city and this was our first time in the hotel.Considering the close-to-nature experience that Almenat provides, its location is great, around 30-40 minutes from the city of São Paulo. And the traffic signs in Embu that give directions to the hotel are good as well.About the amenities and structure of Almenat, they are amazing. The entire place is beautiful, with a contemporary architecture and incredible views of the nature. The rooms are well-equipped and have good space.The staff is incredible, this was also my very first time staying in a Hilton hotel and I got the best hospitality impression possible! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, but I'd like to mention Fernanda (of the front desk) and Ivanete, I have no words for them (in the best way possible).I also want to mention the possibility of having an Ethernet cable connection provided by the hotel in the room, this is relevant for me.Regarding improvements, I totally understand that Almenat recently started to receive leisure guests, but I felt that the restaurants have some difficulties with the “a la carte” meals in comparison to the buffet menu. The food was very good, but we didn't choose the buffet option for lunch and dinner and ended up waiting longer than usual for our meals.But even with that improvement tip, our stay was incredible and we can't wait to return!Congratulations to Almenat Embu and Hilton!   Brazilian hospitable excellence!

  The entire staff from the gate attendants to maintenance were amazingly hospitable! So much so even better than the US experience! There are many amenities to choose from during the stay but, the workout room and billiards (sticks and balls) could use some improvements. However, I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay there again!!! Bit of a warning, it is tricky to get to but, well worth it!It was truly an appreciative experience where the staff called me by name and made me feel valued throughout my stay.   Great hotel, but could use some improvements and more stuff for kids

  (Despite the description - this was Family trip with children)The room was very nice and clean, and more spacious than similar ones in other hotels. Oddly enough the windows do not open completely (maybe 5 cm on each side) probably a security concern, but makes for poor natural ventilation particularly in COVID times. The bathroom was also very clean and roomy, and shower was particularly good, with an extremely powerful water flow. The staff was nice and well informed, just a few remarks- When we approached the reception area there was no staff outside to organize or inform the new arrivals, their cars and luggage- No mention were made to help with the luggage (we didn't required it, but again, no offer was made)- They had restaurant in two different floors, but they keep changing it with no indications to guestsFood services were nice although some of the fried dishes tasted a bit stale (reheated) and given the size of the hotel I was expecting a bit more variety for the price, particularly for children.The outside pool is too small and oddly shaped with no kid's option and could use some heating. The indoor one was also a bit small and with no shallow depth for kids, expect the border near the stair.In general the hotel has little to no recreation options for kids - no outside playground and just an indoor game room. No kiddie pools. They didn't even had any ice cream in the restaurant or sold in the bar (BTW, there's only one bar).My kids had fun, but they could have used more recreation options.For grownups: bowling, sauna (dry and wet) and fitness centre.I understand this hotel was primarily focused on corporate events, but since they opened themselves to general public, they could invest a little more to have more attractions for families with kids.Still very good stay, but maybe a little overpriced for families with kids.   Awesome organization, great place for business events, good rooms, nice sleep.

  I stayed two nights in this hotel for a business event back in December 2005, and everything was perfect, from the meals to the rooms, and of course the whole corporate structure for business events. It is very to close to São Paulo.
