Hospitality above and beyond. We really enjoyed being here during the July 5 World Cup when Brazil won against Japan. The hotel and staff was lit up with excitement which was contagious. The accommodations were nice and the bed was comfortable. The ac was out so we were given the option and room to sleep at the Ibis hotel next door. So we did. Convenient location close to good restaurants but a taxi / Uber will be needed to reach the city centre. Small pool area with an infinity pool and bar. Rooms are ok in size but bathrooms really need updated and window did not close completely (not really an issue given the heat). Air con in the bedroom seemed be on and really cold or off. Having been to this hotel 3 times per year since 2015, I’ve been impressed with the physical improvements over the years. As mentioned many times, the location in RV is perfect and the views are spectacular. The pool deck is wonderful. The fitness center has promise but needs major upgrades to the equipment. I've stayed here for two nights...basic room, not so clean...this is not a Mercure Hotel level for sure...i've been in many Mercure Hotel all around the world and this is the worst...the only good thing is breakfast...they don't have umbrella to borrow you if it rains (it rained two nights on two)...for the price i paid, compared to brazilian cost of living, they should have given me the umbrella.… I've stayed here for two nights...basic room, not so clean...this is not a Mercure Hotel level for sure...i've been in many Mercure Hotel all around the world and this is the worst...the only good thing is breakfast...they don't have umbrella to borrow you if…
