Worst experience ever at a hotel. Thankfully it was only for one day while waiting for a layover flight as we were travelling with a sick baby. Waiting in the queue for over 40 minutes in the high heat was bad. The experience only got worse as we waited an hour and a half for food an drinks. When food arrived, we found a piece of brillo sponge in the pasta dish my baby was eating. This is absolute… Worst experience ever at a hotel. Good but could be much better. Excellent place with great views, employees, breakfast and a great beach in front the hotel. However, the rooms are very old, it is not a structure for the price I’ve paid. Is necessary renew the rooms to new structures.Good but could be much better. Had a great stay there with so many kind and fun people! Really felt welcomed and had formed a connection with several staff members that I still treasure. Yes, the rooms need refurbishment but that is reflected in the reasonable price and the great location with amazing beaches and the external facilities make this hotel a very good option.
