Great stay!

Good hotel, great showers very helpful staff. Would stay again. Breakfasts was good, location is by the mall. If you need help during the night, staff will work hard to make it happen. Good option in Rondonopolis

This hotel is rather new, and I have rated it "Average" mainly because of its value for money. Indeed, it is not cheap considering the location and for what you get, but at the same time due to the lack of other options it offers a good alternative.The Good: comfortable bed, spacious room, all of the usual amenities, good shower pressure, nicely acquainted gym on the rooftop floor.The Bad: breakfast quality subpar, soundproofing in rooms, lack of life/bar/entertainment for a business hotel.

05april2017Room#1203Staff at receptionist do not speak english.Super difficult to connect to wifi, the password handwrote by the receptionist guy is super difficult to read.Room is super noisy, 13th floor have a bar and the music go thru my room. Talked to the receptionist guy and request to change room and change floor, he simply decline. CRAZYWILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HOTELSTRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDEDsucks!!!!

Very satisfactory hotel for the city of Rondonópolis. The staff is friendly and helpful. The service staff make efforts to ensure customer satisfaction. It would be preferable to have the option of eating in the restaurant on Sundays (closed). Overall, a very adequate hotel considering the regional offer. Good business hotel, not cheap

The location is not bad, but not central either. Check-in was fast (pre-booked rooms) and staff spoke very good English. The elevators are slow. The room was adequate, clean and equipped with good air con. A table, chair and stable wifi made it possible to work. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was rather small and not well designed, with the door getting in the way if you wanted to stand in front of the sink. The shower worked well, with stable hot water. Breakfast was disappointing despite the varied selection - not tasty, some items obviously old.
