We arrived early and were offered an early checkIn but the room we checked in had some major issues ( was not up to standard bathroomDoor was too big for the door frame which was coming off the wall , there was a smell in the room etc) . Ee talked to the manager who immediately changed our room to a much better room and since had a great stay.
