Back in Paradise at Pipa Lagoa Hotel.

It’s a joy to be back in Pipa Lagoa Hotel. Overlooking the beautiful tranquil Guariaras Lagoon yet only an € 8 taxi ride to bustling downtown Pipa, Pipa Lagoa has the best of both worlds. Our accommodation is very spacious, modern and comfortable with great WiFi, Smart TV, great aircon, and a super king size extremely comfortable bed. The cleaning service is professional and effective. The pool is probably the best we have ever seen in all our world travels and for kids there’s a very exciting looking Water Park. The star of the show is the superb buffet breakfast which sets us up each day. The good natured staff are always helpful and courteous. The few times we have had dinner we found it great quality and value. We love the tropical landscaped setting of the hotel - truly beautiful.

Amazing time at Pipa Lagoa!

The hotel is beautiful, the customer service is outstanding and the location is optimal if you want to stay connected with the beaches, but be able to rest at night.The swimming pool and the service there is also worth to highlight.We had a great time and we definitely will go back.If you have children there's a pool for them and a playground too with people that will take care of them as well.Loved this hotel! The only downside was that the wifi on the room I was staying wasn't good, but that doesn't change the experience at all!

Restaurant needs improvement!

The place is nice, the view is lovely and the pool is great. However the restaurant needs a lot of improvement. The menus look and smell dirty, the staff take very long to bring your order (even water that doesn't need preparing), the cocktails are very poor and the staff don't have a clue about anything! They need urgent training! We were supposed to stay six nights but stayed only one because it was frustrating to ask for things and not get them done properly (like asking for a burger with bacon and BBQ sauce and getting something else without bacon and BBQ sauce). Plus it's far from Pipa beach, you need transport to get there, although they provide the transport more or less hourly. Not to mention that a light bulb in our room wasn't working! They've changed it but the lack of attention to small things in a fairly expensive place wasn't very impressive!

The hotel is in very good shape and the rooms are great. Highlights are the amazing breakfast buffet (the fruit! the cakes! the scrambled eggs!) and the large pool with all its seating and lazing areas.

The hotel is a perfect place to relax and spend time with the family.Pro: the location is 1h30 from Natal and just 15mim by car of Pipa Beach and 10min by car of Madero beach. The breakfast is diversified with fruits and typical culinary of region (tapioca, sweet,cakes so on). The swimming pool is larger and very clean. The rooms are big and very comfortable. The bangalo room support until 6 people. It has a perfect size for a family. However, the rooms closer to swimming pool are most affordable for two couples. That rooms are bigger for just one couple.
