The location is greatThe grounds are beautiful, the swimming pool is big and in front of your roomThe rooms in the other hand could be more taken care off The shower leaks out and the entire bathroom gets flooded The mattress could be more comfortable Doors and walls need a paint jobThe toilets does not flush so well AC works greatI got a bangalô 2 rooms and bathroom upstairs and 1 room and bathroom with a small leaving room downstairs The staff is very friendly The Main Street with stores are right in front of the hotel Beach just 5 minutes walk and 20 steps down Breakfast is goodHotel very rustic but serves it purpose

Beautiful Hotel on Praia de Pipa.and with complete luxury romos depending of requestsAttendace of the employees is really excellent , same as instalations swimming pools and entrance to the beach of Pipa where the hotel has a place booked for their customersRecomment it for People that want to rest and also,shops and other boutiques neas

Good everything, but rooms

We had 02 rooms in the hotel. The hotel has one of the most good location in Pipa. You won’t need drive or walk more than 3 minutes to get anything you need there. You are right in front of lots of resto and bars as drugstore and bakery so.The breakfast is just amazing, hadn’t find anything good as they offer there, the employees are very friendly and polite. They also offers parking lot. The pool has a bar on it and the kids can enjoy the whole day on it. The minus is about not all but most of the rooms that looks a little old, specially the floor that I would recommend to change it. You can see some fungus if you look at some windows. The sheets on bed were too much thin. The plus: the reception staff are so polite and nice, they really dress up the company shirt. Also, when they realized my mother in law had knee surgery they gave her an upgrade. Thanks for that!

The hotel has a beautiful garden and pool. The reception is good and the breakfast perfect. The hotel lies very nice in the center. But the appartement was not so good. The sheets on the bed were soo thin without any hygeinic cover in between. Dark rooms with fungus everywhere. The bathroom was terrible!! Almost disgusting because of fungus. They say its an old hotel but comon you can clean that now days with very good products! Later on I saw also fungus in the breakfast area on walls and windows. 4 stars hotel.... no way!

This hotel is quite nice. The rooms are clean and, while not very large, are comfortable. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is very nice. Stay in the back to avoid noise. The staff is very helpful and most speak good English. Very reasonable and the front is on the main street and only 3-4 blocks from the beach.
