  Extremely disappointing — management promises were repeatedly made and then ignored.Our stay was affected by multiple serious service failures, all of which were raised with management. We were repeatedly assured that our concerns would be addressed and that compensation would be provided.   Samoa Beach Resort - heaven on a stick.

  Brilliant escape. Great place to relax and get away from it all. The resort needs some maintenance but as it is in transition from being the Sheraton to bring manage by the local community and the Samoa Tourism Authority these little things will get done in time.   The hotel is a nice place for family. Not for singles or cuples. I had problems with my first apartament and I asked for a change and then it was nice.The food is very amazing and Jane Cleide (the woman of omelets, eggs and tapioca) was very noce to me.
