    Great hotel, good food and a fantastic team!

    We came as a family of 7 and had 3 rooms. 2 of those were the ones with a jacuzzi (sadly we only used this once) but the room was perfect with all the facilities needed (coffee maker, kettle and a fridge/minibar that actually cooled things!) AC worked VERY well. The sea can be a bit rough but there's lifeguards stationed right in front of the hotel. The hotel is quite compact so nothing is far unlike many resorts in the area which i thought was a big plus.Food was mostly good and varied, so no complaints and all the waiting staff were attentive and helpful. Even during busy times it never felt too crowded.The wristband system worked perfectly and made life a lot easier.The animation team were the best part of the hotel, always keeping us entertained with dances, volleyball matches, challenges and quizzes during the day etc... Tia Bombom, Flor, Sol and Beijinho and Tio Tartaruga and Ninja are all incredible at their jobs!Having said that, if you want peace and quiet it is probably not the hotel for you as there's always (fairly loud) music/entertainment happening. I'd also say that the hotel could offer free filtered water/water fountain given it's so hot in the area. I got told off for filling a small bottle during breakfast and thought that gave a bad and stingy impression as it is something very simple and we bought many other drinks during the day.Overall a fantastic family friendly hotel and I would easily come back as we felt safe and well looked after!     No faults with the hotel or staff. Fantastic food. Room upgrade well worth it. The only let down is the beach is quite windy, but still fine to go in the sea every day, even in January. Entertainment team are a particular highlight. Beach volleyball and pool games are always made fun by thr always energetic team. Great for kids and adults alike.     Great for kids and great beach!

    Great food and amazing location! Took my toddlers and they had a great time. There were lots of activities for kids. The buffets were delicious and everything was very clean and safe. The beach was right next to the hotel and it was easy to get from the pool to the beach.     LOVED staying here! Beautiful resort with wonderful service. Fantastic food and great ever changing entertainment!
