Old building, our room was supposed to be a renovated room but the bathrooms were old and disgusting. Old airconditioning systeem, you can feel the dust in the air comming out of it. The Wi-Fi on the 6th floor was unreliable. It constantly buffered and disconnected, making it difficult to use.Check-in was also disappointing. Our rooms were not ready at the promised time. While the staff did offer a complimentary family meal to make up for the delay, it didn’t make up for the inconvenience.For a 5-star resort, I expected a much higher level of service. We went for a week in February to this hotel. We had a wonderful vacation and thoroughly enjoyed all the facilities.
