It is a good place to stay overall
The good:The place was nice and the rooms are big enough if you pay for the bigger room. I stayed with my girlfriend and everything was ok. It was clean and the staff was helpful.The bad:They need a better system to track down drinks and expenses, it's so easy for them to put extra stuff if you don't keep track of everything. The location was good, but the room was terrible. Old standard and the room looked dirty and disgusting.The air conditioner made so much noise that wee couldn't use it. Wifi in the room didn't work. I stayed here with a group of guys during the World Cup and the hotel was adequate for our needs. The hotel itself was a bit worn and had issues that you would not find in similarly priced hotels in the US or Europe.The negatives: the location is directly across from the ocean -- which is nice -- but the area is not the better part of Natal. Never going back
The staff is clueless, you literally have to hound them to get stuff done. When I arrived the ac unit and two lights were not working. I asked them twice in the morning and two times in the afternoon to get this taken care of. When I asked about eating at the restaraunt they told me the derive would be slow. my friend waited 2 hours for pasta.
