The majestic is a well run hotel, with comfortable and big rooms, nice bathroom, excellent air condition and wonderful breakfast. The only reason for not giving it full score is that the wifi does not operate properly on some floors. Mine was fine, but colleagues had issues with the wifi. So far this is the best hotel I visited in Ponta Negra, in some 15 years of returning every year. Great boutique type of hotel, great location, easy to walk to shops, restaurants and dinners. Amazing service from staff and a good variety of food for breakfast. I totally enjoyed the stay in the hotel. The room was clean with charming classical style. The staffs were friendly and helpful. I had great time in the restaurant also, with proper advice to choose the dishes. The location of the hotel is nice for business use, because it is located in the town with many restaurant and shops, but has good access to the beach to have a relaxed time. We're platinum member at Best Western and are usually very happy with the service. This hotel in Ponta Negra is said to be a 5* hotel, but is just a horrible place! The rooms are clean and the staff are mostly nice, but in our room we were not able to sleep because we could hear the people talk outside (and being on a principal road every car which passed).
