A decent hotel that is clean but has flaws and is not worth the money considering the better options in Manaus. AC blows directly on you in bed, making you cold and there is no blanket. Pillows are worn out. Traffic noise is abit bothersome. Noise inside is worse. Hallways noises were rather loud and annoying. Breakfast spread was rather typical of the city and was neither outstanding nor poor. I’ve had better. Much better. But I wasn’t disappointed. The disappointment came when I ordered room service for dinner. The worst tasting hamburger sandwich ever. Left me wondering what the party was made from because it clearly wasn’t %100 beef. Ketchup and mayo packets were provided. Again, left me wondering what the contents actually were. Absolutely disgusting taste. Mayo was barely thicker than water. The only thing fit for consumption was the bland French fries. Without mentioning hotel names, I promise you I’ve stayed at several better ones at this price point and at just a slightly higher price. I’ve stayed at better hotels a short drive from the Sleep Inn and better hotels near the beach. There are many choices in Manaus. Very confortable hotel.

The Sleep Inn Manaus is a hotel that is located in the industrial district, and has practically nothing to do in the neighborhood itself. There is a movie mall next to the hotel. To go to cool restaurants you need to take a taxi. The rooms are very clean and the bed is super comfy. Delicious morning coffee. For those who will work and do not have much time to ride, it is a great option.

Hard to review a business hotel. It was perfectly adequate with a good breakfast. One of the days I had lunch here and that was a mistake as it was served looking and tasting like hospital food. Aside from breakfast do not eat in this hotel.Room clean, large TV reasonably attentive staff made this place an adequate base for a business trip

It's an OK hotel, but be aware of the additional 10% service fee, which is not included in the online prices. You can opt not pay this fee, but I'm not so sure how this might impact the service you get.

First the good things .The room was big and very clean with all the necessary things you need.There is a small pool the breakfast is ok and the staff is very friendly and smiling. Next to the hotel there's a small mall if you need something to buy and the room that I had was quite (at the back side and on the 5th floor )Now the bad things. You can't have people working at the reception that don't speak good English. I sure don't have proficiency but I am not a receptionist.
