The hotel is located opposite Jatiuca Beach and offers great sea views from all of its apartments, thanks to its ‘Y’ shaped building. It lies very close to the city’s major tourist attractions. Maceió Palmares Airport is 28 km away.

Don't use this hotel!

This hotel was not a good experience!! The reception does not have fully trained staff who are dismissive and rude. Our original room had a several defects which could not be repaired and the upgrade (a very loose term) was not much better although the housekeeping staff did try their best. Several staff admitted that poor hotel organization & management really let it down and that was certainly our experience We would absolutely NOT recommend this hotel..... it's a complete waste of money. A Complete Failure of Hospitality — Avoid at All Costs

I wouldn’t even call Maceió Atlantic Suites a hotel—it’s a complete operational failure masquerading as one.The staff appear entirely untrained and incapable of handling even basic hospitality responsibilities. There is no sense of professionalism, coordination, or accountability. Management is either absent or ineffective, because every department seems to operate independently with no oversight or consistent standards.The rooms are in shockingly poor condition. We encountered multiple issues: curtains literally falling apart, a leaking toilet/sink, and careless paint splashes left on the mirror. These are not minor oversights—they reflect a total lack of maintenance and quality control.When we requested a room change, we were forced to pay extra, only to be moved into another room that also had problems. Charging guests for “upgrades” that fail to meet even minimum standards is unacceptable.We had originally planned to stay for eight nights, but the combination of building defects and staff incompetence made it unbearable. We left after just two days and had to pay for another hotel to salvage the remainder of our trip.The entire experience was frustrating, exhausting, and frankly unacceptable. I would never return under any circumstances and would strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs—even as a last resort. We had an amazing time at the hotel. The rooms and the facilities are extremely comfortable, the staff is hospitable. The breakfast was super complete and delicious, especially the selection of fruits. Room beach view was nice, also very clean and tide. Reception was very profissional on our check-in/out. Good variety of food on breakfast.
