Very poor acomodación. Small and dirty pool in the attic. No clean at all. Bedding smells awful. Very unprofessional staff. Little choice in the buffet and low quality. Not recommended at all. Even for a few days.

Conveniently located between city centre and the beach, Ramada offers good night sleep, nice recreation area with swimming pool on a top floor, passable breakfast and quite fast internet connection. What’s missing is kettle in the room and decent room service food (it’s slightly below par to be honest). All in all, very decent choice for a night or two around Macae town. What a surprise!!!

Excellent services, very polite staff, accommodated the request I had in a very short period of time. Clean and comfortable for my short stay. Excellent room service that works, a little bit pricy for food but worth the $$$. No fridge consumption or little basket small snacks, too expensive as any other hotel. I was concerned because I did not make reservation in advance but had no problem, would recommend reservations in advance. Most impressive with politeness of stuff. For Macaé it would deserve maybe 4 stars, instead of three. Erica D. I waited with my colleague for over one hour for a simple lunch orderTried several times to draw the attention of the waiters that we are going to lose the business appointment The simple juice was not even served during that hour and we only got a cold plate of fries!Never again !!!
