Wonderful experience, excellent service, comfortable bed!
I’ve wanted to stay at this hotel since first coming to this area and we had to be in town for a night, so I used it as an excuse to book. The hotel is very attractively decorated inside and the room was large and the bed was very comfortable (a Sealy Posturepedic—I had to look). The staff couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful. Worse experience ever!
My husband and I reserved a superior side view room for a overnight. As soon as we arrived the doorbell told my husband to park the car directly in the car park. At the check in we were given the door key of a room on the third floor. Disgusting
This hotel is a tremendous disappointment. It has good reviews, and I cannot imagine how. When I arrived, the bathroom was simply dirty, with wads of hair on the floor, and some hairs on the sink and toilet! The room was boiling, and the air conditioning simply didn't work. Appearances can deceive!
Although the hotel personnel were nice, the room we've gotten had nothing to do with the online pictures. It was by far the worse room we've ever stayed. Great Hotel, although Shower very Hit and Miss or should I say Hot or Cold
Stayed at the hotel for a conference in Joao Pessoa. The hotel in general is very good. the rooms are cleaned everyday and the breackfast selection is excellent. The only downfall is the shower was very hit and miss as most mornings I ended up having a lukewarm shower although some days it was hot.
