This hotel was okay. The room was a decent size. The pool was unusable when we visited, it was full of leaves. Breakfast wasn't great, most of the food was dry. It's a decent location but I wish we had chosen a better hotel. The Viale is a spectacular hotel with nice spacious and clean rooms. The breakfast and dinners were above my expectations and the desserts were better than most restaurants. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly especially Enzo who I talked with every day I was there. Comfortable rooms, bathrooms and little tired. Lovely pool area / bar. Games room was a hit with the kids. Breakfast is extensive and a tapioca pancakes made to order - sweet or savoury. We ate in the indoor bar area and food was good. Otherwise its the more formal buffet option. Bit of noise from busy main road but might be quieter in rooms at the back. One of the worst hotel booking experiences I have ever had.

I booked several rooms through Booking.com for a small group trip, and my reservation was confirmed under a Free Cancellation rate.
