My first impression of this hotel was that they do Christmas right! We arrived on New Year’s Day, and their decorations were amazing! Upon our arrival, we were treated to welcome drinks by the enthusiastic front desk staff. We were also informed that our room had been upgraded at no charge, which was a nice surprise.
