  Great vacation! The hotel is big and lively! Great pools but it was a bit crowded. The breakfast is good but again, crowded. The rooms are excellent.   The Wyndham Gramado is a modern hotel of high standard yet gives the feeling of family friendliness. There were lots of families staying and the staff and guests were extremely helpful. The swimming and leisure facilities are relaxing with the thermal spring water at bath temperature.   Gramado termas resort, a great family place to enjoy warm pools and great service. The children recreation and staff is super friendly and the entire family enjoyed our stay. Not the first time as we try to return every year. The location is near the city center and they offer shuttle services for free. Highly recommended aqua motion and Snowland.   10000% stay elsewhere. I've/we've traveled all over the world and have never experienced anything quite like this place. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name attached to this place.   This hotel has a lot to offer but the service and the food and beverage area is sub par. Marián at the front desk is the nicest person I met, very helpful and understanding. People at the restaurant and the pool are also very nice. The facilities and the heated pool is very nice. I think it’s the highlight of the hotel. The rooms are standard, clean and small.
