Personnel here are amazing, warm, and welcoming. They are very responsive to special requests. During our 5-day, 4-night visit to the Serra Gaúcha, we dined at 4 of the top-rated restaurants in Gramado. My 3 friends and I all ranked the hotel's restaurant, Osteria di Lucca, as the top dining spot. Kudos to Felipe!
