    5 Star Level service that would rival some of the best better known hotels throughout the world. This place is special

    5 STARS!!! This hotel was at the top of my vacation budget but well worth the extra expense. When you consider all the “extras” the hotel provides, incredible breakfast and high tea, spa, sauna, and pool. Bicycles for exploring Gramado - you just can’t beat the value of this special place.Our concierge team was incredible as well. At this moment I cannot recall all their names - will add them later, but they all were incredibly helpful and kind. Our concierge Samira was kind enough to draw out a map of downtown Gramado to recommend the best location to watch the magnificent Natal Luz show. This alone was worth the price of admission. What an incredible show, made all the better with the help of our team from the hotel. I could go on and on about the level of service at this hotel. Everyone works in concert with one another and exhibits a high level of guest service. It’s clear that the entire staff is incredibly well trained. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! If you want an incredible experience with the most kind and providing staff, this hotel is for you.     My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous and attentive throughout. The room was clean, well-furnished, and offered a comfortable bed with modern amenities. I especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety of options. The location was convenient, close to major attractions and public transport. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and housekeeping maintained the room daily. Although the gym was small, it was functional. Overall, the hotel provided great value for money and made my trip enjoyable. I would definitely consider staying here again.
