Receptionists were quick and friendly. Lobby is very nice. Elevators quick. Common area too cold! Room very nice. Comfortable bed. Bathroom needs refreshing. Shower water pressure excellent. No complementary water or anything in the room which is quite cheap for this level of hotel. Breakfast perfect. Both restaurants very good but pricey. Quite bad experience at this Hotel where I stayed for 2 nigths. It is supposed to be (and you pay for) a 5 stars hotel. BUT:1) The cleaning in the room is quite poor. Clear traces of previous guests as I've entered in the room for the first time (even in the bathroom....which is disappointing!)2) No complimentary bottle of watwer. Great hotel - comfortable rooms, good restaurant, terrific rooftop pool and spa, and a top notch staff. Convenient location with fantastic views. The front desk team are great, particularly Pedro. They get 5 stars because this is the best hotel in Fortaleza—if they were in a developed country, or a resort city, it would not be a 5 star experience…with that caveat in mind, the rooms were clean and 3/4 nights the AC worked well. Everyone who works here was incredibly nice, and desired to make this the best possible experience and to a remarkable degree they all succeeded.
