My wife and I stayed 4 nights, arriving before 3PM by taxi(60 Br) from FOR Airport. The Portuguese speaking receptionist copied our passports, took our payment, then presented our key cards with a hotel information sheet in English. My only complaint is that the breakfast buffet plates are too small. They are probably trying to send the guests a message: "don't eat too much". Otherwise my stay was fantastic. Nice clean hotel. Friendly attentive staff. I had a couple of minor issues and each time, they sent someone immediately to address those issues.
