    As I stay here in your hotel the staff are very accommodating❤️❤️Especially Italo and Gislaine they are helpful when ordering food they are eager for us to understand whats on menu, and positive vibes always.Regarding on ammenities its so relaxing

    No bedroom service, old sheets, barely working air conditioning. At check out denied my receipt. There are much better hotels in the area for the same price. The lady at the desk could not explain why they don’t print a receipt so I could send for reimbursement. Personnel lack skills to treat with guests.     Traveling all around we have learned that if you get a good reception, your stay will be just awesome! So, Ms Amanda at the check-in desk, just gave us a wonderful welcome, letting us know what the hotel was all about. We could not ask for more! Her kindness and helpful insight were over the top. Then, the next day, Ms. Kelly and Mr. Rogerio at Breakfast did all they could to make us feel welcome. The rooms are very clean, the place is nice and comfortable (the bed will really put you to sleep!)     We came to this hotel with great expectations based on information on the web but were disappointed with the poor front desk service, housekeeping and the poor restaurant service. We arrive at this hotel early on a Monday and were both very tired. The receptionist was rude, impatient and lacked professionalism. We ended up having to pay an additional R170 for early checkin. Great way to convince me to come back. Often, we had to request housekeeping to clean the room and change the sheets and towels. In addition, there were no iron or ironing boards available in the room.     Clean room, friendly staff. Restaurant service slow, but the hotel stay itself was fine. The breakfast included was great -- lots of fruits, lots of cakes, tapiocas, and other hot items.
