  A good option, but needs some improvements

  This is my second stay at the property, and compared to 4 years ago, it was an improvement. Let’s start with the good: the rooms are great. Lucas and Vinicius are amazing at their job. Always looking after my family whenever we needed something. The area is great. Now for the areas of improvement. The rest of the service was average. Some were good, some barely did the bare minimum. The towels look like they were there since my last stay. They have chair covers for the pool chairs, but not enough. Several seats remained uncovered and it rains here a lot at night. The menu needs updating, or more variety. We were here for 7 nights and it got boring near the end. And finally the DJ. He was here two of the days. What was an absolute highlight 4 years ago with popular music that got the place humming, was awful this time. Dance music for a family environment. We aren’t at a club. We just want to have fun. And the staff knows it too, but maybe they don’t want to say something. Make a change here. Overall, this is a nice resort in the area. I would like to see a few more improvements to make the value justify the cost.   Great resort for a family holiday, with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.   A lot of fun activities to do, including horse riding (I loved chiquinho), swimming in the beach, kite surfing, boggy trips (a lot of stops, really nice to discover the city), and spa (including free sauna, and I also did the first massage in the catalog with Denise, she did an incredible job, sleeping after the massage is amazing). The breakfast is included for free with the stay and it’s really extensive and tasty (from 7am till 10am), you can also order tapioca and omelets for free in the breakfast. The room I’m at includes an espresso machine with good options like cappuccino. The room’s view is amazing. As for the lunch, I recommend going to local places, much more tasty (make sure to taste the coconut water on the stops of the boggy trip).
