I've stayed at the Comfort other times and I've always been very well received, however, this last time, I felt a deficiency in the restaurant, for example: there were only two flavors of pizza - which was dry service, a little more baked than usual - and only one flavor of natural juice. Good afternoon!I understand that, during the pandemic, services are in deficit, but a global hotel chain MUST maintain a minimum of quality.I stayed - on business - at the Comfort de Campos dos Goytacazes, and meals were served in the room.At lunch, the filet mignon was dry, the fries burnt and the vegetables withered; the 'parmegiana' was just a mockery of what I'm used to.In addition, the restaurant had no oil! Amazing ... I have been to 44 countries and, for the very first time, I found a restaurant without olive oil.Considering almost R$ 50.00 (with mineral water), I found the service to be of very low quality.Thank you. Very good Hotel! The rooms, restaurant and service are great! The staff are extremely polite and helpful. The gym is good. There is a mini mall just in front of the hotel. In the neighborhood are drugstores and many shops.
