  Everything was nice and clean. Nice service from the friendly staff. Really good breakfast with many options. Location is ok, but it is probably 10 minutes walk from the center, no problem at all if you have a car available. All in all we were very happy with our stay at Vila Pitanga, and we would be happy to come back another time.   We couldn't believe that this place had a Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence. There were ants and other insects in the room (and a bottle of pesticide for your convenience). Breakfast was not replenished as items ran out. One day the eggs were dried out, one day there were none left, and one day they were cold. There were tiny ants and fruit flies by the food.   If you're looking for a small hotel, in a great location, only 10 minutes from Rua de Pedras or centro, a short walk from Feradura beach then you can not go wrong with Vila Pitanga.
