Have to agree with the previous comments, the place is a complete shambles, dirty pool, dirty common areas, unemptied ashtrays, food was served in unsanitary ways.Very careless staff, receptionist was often not present and smoking instead. All complaints were ignored.The place is very run down for any standard.
