Suite with views
We stayed here when we were in the city for a family event. Spacious suite with two balconies with views of the Sarah Kubitschek park. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, good breakfast and services made our stay pleasant. Good value for the money. Only negative is the sound proofness of the windows. The traffic noise came through even at 10th floor. Patricia Lotti, Outro at Brasil 21 Suites Affi… We stayed here when we were in the city for a family event. A bit dated
A centrally located hotel in a somewhat dated city. Unfortunately, the hotel itself also feels a bit dusty. I had a large, clean, quiet, and comfortable room, but everything seemed a little worn and dated, as if it hadn't been renovated in 30 years. The staff were all exceptionally friendly. Breakfast was okay, and the restaurant dinner was good. I was somewhat disappointed with the fitness area: t… A centrally located hotel in a somewhat dated city. Run down
The hotel feels like it was built when the city was originally founded. Very dated and run down. More 3 star than 4. Restaurants were not open. Confusing layout. Will stay at the 5 star Melia Brasil 21 next time (brand names are confusing; no way you would appreciate the difference in the hotels). Rogerio Santos, Atendimento ao cliente/recepção at Brasil 21 Suites Affiliated By Melia, responded… The hotel feels like it was built when the city was originally founded. Very dated and run down. Nice hotel near the park and the TV tower in Brasilia
Very spacy the room, confortable and quiet. Bedclothes are fine, however the pillows may need an upgrade to having at least one with white. Bathroom is ok, it seems quite old. The breakfast is very good and very diversified, the wi-fi is well to be used. Nice hotel
Very effective check-in proces. Patrick was most helpfull and informative. Rooms are very clean with a lot of space and Big bed and barhroom. Also desk and Couch is available. The morning buffet offers a lot of options, and restaurant has also a very good menu. I would stay at this hotel again.
