Our stay was excellent! All the staff were incredibly attentive, always making us feel right at home. The Royal Suite is wonderful – very spacious, cozy, and comfortable. The jacuzzi is a perfect way to relax even more, and the view of the lagoon is an amazing bonus.The breakfast is simply spectacular... out of this world! I think these reviews on Expedia site are highly misleading. This hotel is rated 8.6. I have no idea how can this be 8.6. I wonder if this hole in the wall with tiny rooms, old dirty miniature bathrooms is 8.6 what would a hotel with rating 6 would be. Or it is just that most of 3 star hotels in Brazil are poor quality choices. Rooms are clean but we had to ask for extra piles since what was offered was extremely thin. Evening reception staff very helpful and polite. Breakfast option quite vast but a bit disappointed with next day check out staff which seemed to make our check too complicated and lengthy. We have not consumed any drinks from our room and even though coming with plenty of time for check out due to be awar… Rooms are clean but we had to ask for extra piles since what was offered was extremely thin.
