  My husband and I had a wonderful stay and truly have no complaints. The room was spacious with beautiful views, and the location is extremely convenient and felt very safe. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful, from the valet to the front desk to the restaurant servers.Breakfast was plentiful with a great variety of options, including made to order omelettes. The on-site restaurant also offers many excellent choices for both lunch and dinner.The room itself was very comfortable, with quality linens, and thick towels in the bathroom. The only small note is that the shower could use some updating and the bathroom lighting could be a bit better - but aside from that, everything was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to coming back!   We enjoyed our recent stay of five nights very much. From our very first moments there, the reception staff were extremely professional and welcoming. Their command of English was exceptional, so there were no difficulties in communicating. Ana, especially, had helpful tips and recommendations at every turn. She arranged a driver for our excursion to Ouro Preto, which turned out very well, as the driver anticipated our every need, including recommending a great restaurant for lunch.The breakfast buffet was excellent. The only thing we missed was not having an actual hotel bar, just a restaurant, but we were still able to get a nightcap there at the end of our evenings.   Excellent location having the mall Patio Savassi next door with good restaurants & nightlife entertainment nearby. Relaxing atmosphere with amenities distributed throughout the hotel. Spacious rooms with impeccable cleaning. Restaurant & room service outstanding. It’s my second home in Belo Horizonte, therefore I’ve got to know most of the staff of the hotel and restaurant.
