Stayed at this hotel for a wedding. Used the laundry service. They delivered all my laundry late, and lost 3 of my items. I didn’t realize until I was at the next location as it was delivered before I had to check out. I would have given it 5 stars instead of 4 except for the room. We reserved an "Upgraded Premium City View" r… Overall, the hotel was very enjoyable.
